Dr. Sarita Ojha
Dr. Sarita Ojha
As a Bay Area native and long-time resident of San Jose’s Evergreen area, Dr. Sarita Ojha is proud to be opening Tooth Parlor in the very community where her dental journey began. Her first experience in dentistry was in 1995 at Evergreen Valley Dental, just down the road. That early role sparked her passion for combining science, service, and smiles into a meaningful career that could support both her community and her family.
Dr. Ojha earned her B.S. in Psychobiology at UCLA, then went on to receive her DDS from NYU College of Dentistry. She completed her credentialing through a tour with the U.S. Navy, where she learned the value of efficiency, precision, and dedication to patient care, all lessons she brings to her practice today. Her years in the Navy also deepened her appreciation for top-quality technology and treatment setups, especially when it comes to comfort-driven dental chairs and tools inspired by her training environments.
With over 18 years of experience, Dr. Ojha is known for her remarkably gentle touch, attention to detail, and ability to instantly put patients at ease, even those with deep dental anxiety. She believes in taking her time, tuning into what her patients need in the moment, and never rushing a treatment.
Dr. Ojha specializes in making complex visits feel calm and manageable. She excels at recognizing how her patients are feeling during a procedure and adjusting her care with empathy and patience. It’s this commitment to connection and comfort that shapes every aspect of Tooth Parlor.
Outside the office, Dr. Ojha enjoys volunteering, hiking, and spending meaningful time with her children, ensuring they grow up with the values of kindness, curiosity, and good citizenship.

Tooth Parlor was built with the Evergreen community in mind. While we don't yet have a formal community outreach program, Dr. Ojha is deeply committed to giving back to the neighborhood that gave her a start in dentistry. As we grow, so will our opportunities to serve the San Jose area through new partnerships and outreach initiatives.
